On Sunday May 6, 2007, CERT Team Alpha based in Speyside sprung into action and assisted the Trinidad and Tobago Fire Service in battling a bush fire in Speyside.

The capacity to mount this kind of response is continued testimony to the value that CERT adds to the Tobago community.
